1. Overview
This policy covers artist profiles, NFT collections, images, metadata, titles, descriptions, external links, comments where enabled, issue reports, and other material you submit or that appears on Dood Labs because of your wallet or creator activity. Our goal is a trustworthy XRPL marketplace and community for collectors and creators.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for content you upload, submit, link, mint, or display through the Platform. That includes artwork files, preview media, JSON metadata, profile avatars, banner images, social URLs, and statements about rarity, utility, licensing, or affiliation.
3. Rights Ownership
You must own or have permission to use submitted art, media, metadata, profile images, collection descriptions, links, and trademarks. Do not use another creator’s work, brand logos, or character designs without authorization. You represent that your submissions do not violate third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.
4. Prohibited Content
The following are not allowed on Dood Labs:
- Stolen art or unauthorized reproductions;
- Copyright or trademark infringement;
- Impersonation of people, brands, issuers, or collections;
- Fake collections or misleading issuer/taxon claims;
- Scams, phishing, rug-pull patterns, or deceptive trading schemes;
- Malware, exploit code, or harmful downloads;
- Hateful, harassing, or abusive content;
- Illegal content or content promoting unlawful activity;
- Misleading claims about ownership, licensing, rewards, or official partnership;
- Spam, repetitive junk listings, or market manipulation;
- Anything that undermines platform safety or community trust.
5. Collection and Artist Review
During beta, Dood Labs may review artist profiles, DOOD Powered applications, collection submissions, issuer/taxon registrations, and flagged material before or after publication. Review may be manual or automated. Approval for display does not mean we endorse value, authenticity, or future performance of any asset.
6. Removal Rights
We may hide, remove, restrict, or decline content that appears unsafe, inaccurate, infringing, misleading, abusive, or harmful to users or the Platform. Removal from Dood Labs does not delete on-chain NFTs or change XRPL issuer settings you control separately.
7. Copyright / Takedown Requests
If you believe content on Dood Labs infringes your rights, email info@doodlabs.io with the subject line Dood Labs Takedown Request. Include:
- Your name or organization;
- A contact email we can reach you at;
- The content URL, collection page, or issuer/taxon reference;
- A description of the copyrighted work or rights issue;
- Proof or a clear explanation of ownership or authorization;
- A statement that you believe the report is accurate and made in good faith;
- Your signature or typed legal name.
We may forward your notice to the submitting party where appropriate and act on valid requests as quickly as practicable during beta.
8. Counter-Notice / Mistaken Removal
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, contact info@doodlabs.io with the subject line Dood Labs Counter-Notice. Provide the removed content reference, an explanation of your rights or authorization, and any supporting documentation. We will review and respond based on the information provided and applicable law.
9. Repeat Violations
Dood Labs may restrict or remove users, artists, collections, DOOD Powered status, or Platform access for repeated or serious violations of this policy or the Terms of Use. We may preserve records needed for safety, compliance, and dispute resolution.
10. No Guarantee of Review Time
Review and response times may vary during beta depending on volume, complexity, and staffing. Urgent safety issues (active scams, malware, or impersonation) should be flagged promptly via Report Issue or email.
11. Safety Reports
Users can report scams, fake collections, impersonation, broken pages, abusive behavior, or other safety concerns through the footer Report issue button or by emailing info@doodlabs.io. Include URLs, wallet addresses (public only), screenshots, and a short description. Do not send seed phrases or private keys in reports.
