Dood Labs is an XRPL-focused creator, collector, marketplace, discovery, minting, and community platform. We help users explore collections, view listings and activity, connect wallets, build artist profiles, and participate in programs such as DOOD Powered. This page highlights important limitations and risks so you can make informed decisions.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on Dood Labs is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Descriptions of NFTs, tokens, rewards, floor prices, volume, or ecosystem programs are provided for informational and operational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or tax decisions.

3. Digital Asset Risk

NFTs, tokens, and other blockchain assets can be volatile, risky, illiquid, or lose all value. Regulatory treatment may change. Smart-contract, ledger, wallet, and metadata failures can result in permanent loss. You assume full risk for assets you buy, sell, mint, or hold.

4. No Guarantee of Earnings or Rewards

Sales, rewards, creator visibility, discovery placement, DOOD Powered benefits, or token value are not guaranteed. Past performance, displayed estimates, or featured placement do not promise future results. Reward mechanics and ecosystem splits may change or end during beta without notice.

5. No Custody

Dood Labs does not custody user funds, private keys, seed phrases, NFTs, tokens, or wallet assets. We do not hold your XRP, reserves, or collectibles on your behalf. Your wallet provider maintains control of signing and custody subject to its own terms.

6. Wallet and Transaction Responsibility

You must review and approve every wallet prompt through Xaman (XUMM) or another compatible provider before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on XRPL. Dood Labs cannot recall, reverse, or modify on-chain transfers, offers, or mints you authorize.

Dood Labs will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone requesting those credentials is not acting on our behalf.

7. Marketplace Data Accuracy

Collection data, listings, floors, stats, and ownership information may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or inaccurate. Holder counts, activity feeds, metadata previews, and ranking signals depend on indexes, APIs, and public ledger state that can lag or error. Verify important details on-chain or with independent tools before acting on display data alone.

8. Third-Party Services

Dood Labs may link to or rely on Xaman/XUMM, XRPL nodes and APIs, external marketplaces, Firebase and hosting infrastructure, DoodSmooth, social platforms, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, security incidents, fee schedules, or data errors outside our control.

9. User-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

Profiles, collection descriptions, images, metadata, and community posts may be user-submitted or AI-assisted. Dood Labs does not guarantee originality, accuracy, ownership, licensing, or rights clearance for every submission. You are responsible for evaluating content before purchasing, collecting, or collaborating.

10. Beta / Public Preview Notice

Dood Labs may operate in beta or public preview. Features may change, pause, fail, or be removed without prior notice. Data, rewards, and discovery rules can shift as we iterate. Use the Platform with the expectation that availability and behavior are not final.

11. Security Reminder

Protect your wallet device and accounts. Be cautious of phishing sites, fake support agents, and unsolicited DMs promising rewards. Official communications about policy or safety will reference doodlabs.io and our published legal pages—not requests for secrets.
